I take a warm, genuine and down-to-earth approach to therapy. I believe that good therapy starts with feeling comfortable enough to be honest, understood without judgment, and supported in figuring out what comes next.
I work with children, youth, adults and older adults navigating a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationships, life transitions and the emotional impact of chronic illness and other health conditions. I’m particularly interested in the stories we develop about ourselves and how our experiences can shape the way we see who we are. I see therapy as an opportunity to slow down, make sense of those experiences, challenge the parts of the story that no longer fit, and reconnect with the strengths, values and hopes that are already there.
With a background in social work, I bring curiosity, compassion and a little humour to my work. I see therapy as a collaborative process—you know yourself best, and my role is to help you make sense of where you’ve been and where you want to go.
